Job Summary
Drive growth by generating clients, securing referral relationships, and supporting the recruitment of caregivers and drivers across CareCruiz services (Homecare, NEMT, and Courier) through field-based, in-person outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building. Focus on increasing clients, staff, contracts, and overall revenue. Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of sales/marketing/recruitment/healthcare outreach experience preferred. Must travel locally, pass a criminal background check, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Roles include social media support tasks (posting 2-3 times daily, creating 1 short video per week) to promote services and hiring needs; organized and detail-oriented with professional presentation.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, or healthcare outreach preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Reliable transportation required for local travel
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
