Job Summary
Conduct market, competitor, and partnership analysis to identify and evaluate new business opportunities. Support the development and implementation of growth strategies, business cases, and decision proposals. Optimize sales, CRM, and pipeline processes while independently managing strategic and operational projects. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on Go-to-Market and market-entry initiatives. Full-time role requiring a degree in economics or related fields, with strong analytical skills and fluency in German and English. Required Qualifications
- Studium in einem wirtschafts-, sozial-, ingenieur- oder quantitativ ausgerichteten Fach, z. B. BWL, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, International Business, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mathematik, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Studium an einer renommierten Universität oder Business School; idealerweise an einer der führenden Hochschulen in Deutschland oder Europa
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in Business Development, Strategy, Growth, Consulting, Startups, Scale-ups, Tech-Unternehmen oder Venture Capital von Vorteil
- Starkes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Geschäftsmodellen, Märkten und Wachstum
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
