Job Summary
Conduct quantitative analyses of investment programs and financial data, including valuation of business assets, while building and maintaining client relationships to support smooth acquisition processes. Execute daily outreach to potential clients, update sales trackers, and schedule calls with brokers to manage leads through the pipeline. Develop customized proposals, cultivate strategic partnerships with real estate agents and investors, and identify new geographic markets for expansion. Set and achieve KPIs related to lead generation, monthly recurring revenue, and total leases under management. Adapt to shifting market conditions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all reporting and underwriting tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of economics, investment, and operational principles
- Experience reviewing market data and creating presentations based on the data
- Skilled in performing SWOT analysis
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic accounting skills
- Strong English reading and writing skills for auditing and reporting tasks
- Ability to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful conditions
- Skilled at developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with other teams to provide the best service for clients
- Experience analyzing financial statements
- Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
