Job Summary
Conduct initial market research to identify potential real estate acquisition opportunities and industry trends. Build and maintain financial models including income projections, IRR calculations, and sensitivity analyses to support investment theses. Coordinate information gathering across legal, finance, and operations teams to maintain organized data rooms during due diligence. Prepare financial summaries, investment memorandums, and presentation materials for senior leadership review. Track timelines, deliverables, and communication needs across internal stakeholders while assisting with capital expenditure and return metric analysis. This role is based in the Dallas, Texas office with an option for the New York market, offering a salary range of $100,000 to $115,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or related areas
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- basic financial modeling proficiency

- Ability to synthesize data clearly and accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive work ethic
- eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, transaction-focused environment
- This role will ideally be based in our Dallas, Texas office but we are open to candidates in the New York market as well
