Job Summary
Business Development/Account Manager responsible for identifying new opportunities, initiating contact with decision makers, promoting services and products, and managing existing accounts to grow revenue in the Los Angeles/SoCal territory. Duties include researching market conditions, developing and executing a sales strategy, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing contracts, generating leads, delivering customer quotes, conducting CRM data entry, and attending networking events. The role features a hybrid work environment with both office and field activities, and a compensation structure consisting of a base salary plus uncapped commissions with opportunities to exceed base earnings.
