Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in construction
  • Experience in business development, preconstruction, or project management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of construction lifecycles and self-perform services

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Viewpoint, CRM tools, and AI platforms
