Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of construction lifecycles, along with 10+ years of relevant experience in construction.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in construction
- Experience in business development, preconstruction, or project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of construction lifecycles and self-perform services
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Viewpoint, CRM tools, and AI platforms
