Job Summary
Business Development Account Executive responsible for owning top-of-funnel pipeline generation across Healthie’s core ICPs in digital health, behavioral health, women’s health, nutrition, and GLP-1/metabolic care. Drive multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage enterprise prospects, qualify opportunities, and hand off to Senior Account Executives with a focus on achieving qualified meetings and revenue. Collaborate with SAE, RevOps, and Marketing to sharpen outreach strategy, refine messaging, and build a repeatable pipeline engine. May carry Group or Group+ API opportunities originating from outreach. This role requires building relationships from scratch, thriving in a fast-moving healthtech environment, and being energized by improving healthcare delivery through Healthie’s API-first platform. The position is full-time, hybrid, based in NYC HQ with base salary $75k-$85k plus bonus/OTE.
