Job Summary
Drive Europe-wide business growth for cell and gene therapy contract development and manufacturing services by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing opportunities, aligning internal capabilities with customer outsourcing needs, and building senior-level relationships; travel up to 50% to visit customers, conduct sales presentations, negotiate CDAs/MSAs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare timely quotations and proposals.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS/PhD degree in Life Sciences
- Existing knowledge of the Cell and/or Gene Therapy field
- 5 to 10 years’ relevant sales experience
- Previous experience with a CDMO organization essential
