Job Summary
Business Developer responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in local and international markets; building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners; conducting market research to identify new products, markets, and customers; preparing commercial offers, negotiating terms, and closing deals; managing sales processes from inquiry to contract signing and shipment coordination; achieving sales targets to contribute to revenue growth; coordinating with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction execution; and preparing regular sales reports and market analyses for management. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 1–2 years in Business Development or Sales (preferably in trading/export); strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluent English; French preferred; proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in trading or export companies)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- French language proficiency is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
