Job Summary
Develop and execute functional strategy while driving strategic finance initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Manage the R&D management system and governance processes, then prioritize the portfolio in collaboration with commercial stakeholders. Build and maintain collaboration interfaces between BID, Group R&D, and Group Finance to monitor progress on strategic priorities. This role supports governance and business development activities across the organization, working closely with Management and R&D to shape the future of the R&D organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Approximately 5 years of experience in leadership, project management, finance, business development, or a similar role within R&D or a cross-functional environment
- Proven experience driving strategic initiatives and transformation activities in complex organizations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple functions and leadership levels
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical, self-driven, and solution-oriented professional with strong business acumen and the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities
