Job Summary
Business Developer Specialist responsible for building new client relationships and expanding PuroClean’s franchise services in assigned territories. Drive revenue through consultative marketing, relationship-building with clients and Centers of Influence, hosting educational sessions and lunch-and-learns, and managing a Top 25 client list while promoting the company’s brand and One Team culture at community events. The role emphasizes entrepreneurial activity, goal setting, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet or exceed sales targets in a territory-based approach. Training and advancement opportunities are provided, with a startup-focused environment and aggressive compensation potential.
