Job Summary
Business Developer responsible for developing a portfolio of strategic mid-market and enterprise accounts in logistics services, driving full sales cycles (discovery, qualification, demonstration, proposal, negotiation) to sign high-value deals, collaborating closely with Ops, Product and Account Management, and contributing to product offering evolution. Must identify and engage key stakeholders (founders, COO, Head of Ops, Supply Chain) and define/executer targeted prospecting strategies in e-commerce, DNVB, and B2B with logistics flows. Strong emphasis on value/ROI, negotiation, and structured offers (transport, fulfillment, hybrid solutions); autonomy and a results-driven mindset in a structured-growth environment. Experience in B2B sales (3-4 years) with complex deal closing, ability to address decision-makers, and a track record of building a winning value proposition.
