Job Summary
Hunter-focused Business Developer responsible for accelerating Raleigh market maintenance revenue. Develop territory growth strategy, prospect and close new commercial maintenance contracts, target corporate campuses and multi-site accounts, build relationships with property managers and facilities directors, maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline tracking, and collaborate with operations leadership to ensure service delivery alignment. First-year goals include building a qualified pipeline and generating significant new annual contract value while maintaining consistent prospecting and aligning sales with operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (landscape preferred)
- Proven success in new logo acquisition and territory expansion
- Experience within commercial services, facilities management, or related field service industries
- Comfortable operating within a performance-driven compensation structure
- Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline
- Self-directed, competitive, and metrics-oriented
