Business Developer Junior (H/F) - Stage de fin d’étude

Conduct multichannel prospecting to identify new commercial partners and prospects, while maintaining business intelligence and populating the CRM with all client interactions. Develop and retain existing accounts through targeted actions, negotiate T&M rates, manage contract renewals, and respond to tender calls. Support the full placement process for profiles, including CV preparation and interview coaching, while managing placement risks and administrative setups in the ERP. Source and qualify candidates for client needs, participate in recruitment phases, and enrich the candidate database. Work directly with leadership and subject matter experts in a high-growth startup environment, combining commercial development, sourcing, and operational management.
