Job Summary
Own the customer journey from A to Z, monitor and report on key KPIs to drive necessary actions, and manage under-consultant follow-ups. Lead continuous improvement of customer support and establish best practices for logistics and inventory flow. Create routines for sharing best practices across the team while maintaining technical understanding to execute on process optimization and digitalization. This operational Business Developer role involves a key position in a rapidly growing alarm company, with potential growth into leadership tracks like COO or CFO. The ideal candidate brings 0-3 years of experience, preferably from consulting or scale-ups, with a strong focus on execution and process improvement.
