Job Summary

Business Developer responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and outbound sales activities, building and managing a strong B2B client portfolio, and handling the full sales cycle from initial contact until contract closure. Supports clients strategically, maintains long-term relationships, conducts market and competitor analysis, and takes ownership of additional responsibilities based on performance and capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in B2B sales preferred
  • Strong interest in financial markets and complex products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Structured and self-motivated personality
  • Fluent German language skills (C2 level) and good English skills
