Job Summary
Identify and capture new business opportunities while developing and managing a client and stakeholder portfolio. Establish strategic relationships with companies, real estate developers, and professional firms to detect financing needs and present Dexter's solutions. Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking actions, collaborating with internal departments to facilitate operations. Contribute to meeting commercial growth targets through proactive negotiation and relationship building. Requires prior experience in business development, banking, or real estate, along with a driver's license and availability to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Experiencia previa en desarrollo de negocio, banca, financiación, inversión o sector inmobiliario
- Excelentes habilidades comerciales, de comunicación y negociación
- Capacidad para generar relaciones de confianza y detectar oportunidades de negocio
- Perfil proactivo, organizado y orientado a resultados
- Nivel alto de español e inglés
- Carnet de conducir
- Disponibilidad para viajar
