Job Summary
Study Workplace trends to identify improvement opportunities and define strategy for Workplace transformation incorporating DEX-driven insights. Deliver high-level training sessions on Workplace Solutions value and experience while providing pre-sales support for Managed Workplace Services, Professional Services, and Digital Experience vision design. Manage alignment and relationships with partners to help build and evolve the Digital Employee Experience offer from value proposition to go-to-market. Promote continuous improvement of documentation quality throughout project phases. Integrate the biggest IT MSP in Portugal by revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science
- Fundamentals in Cloud Office (M365, G-Suite)

- Experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in Account Planning, Offer Presentation and Proposals
- Experience in Project Management & Analytical Capabilities
- Experience in Partnership Management
- Experience in Service & Support
- Experience in developing commercial proposals and present them
- Hands-on exposure to DEX platforms
- Hand-on Cloud Office (migration projects)
- Understanding of IT Change Management/Adoption frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
