Job Summary

Conduct full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing, managing the pipeline and negotiating contracts with minimal supervision. Perform heavy phone prospecting, virtual demonstrations, and solution-based selling to identify customer needs and build trust-based relationships with key decision-makers. Accurately forecast sales deliverables and KPIs while logging activity consistently in Salesforce to meet specific activity benchmarks and hit sales goals. Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to respond to bids and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Work in a fast-paced, mobile environment traversing uneven grounds up to four hours daily, utilizing consultative techniques to achieve profitable financial growth and long-term strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid-to-senior levels
3-5 years of experience
Experience managing multiple projects
Ability to multi-task in a large territory
Proficient with computer programs including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with a CRM or SFA tool
Proven track record of sales goal attainment and pipeline management
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Working experience with social media
Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments
Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed
Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales
Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions
Ability to travel by car, train, and plane
Ability to traverse uneven grounds and walk on jobsites with clients and branch teams for periods of time up to 4 hours
