Business Developer (Analyst) to join the Trading team in the Savings & Investments Tribe. Your day-to-day: talk to stakeholders, understand their needs, and turn insights into clear requirements; work closely with software developers to ensure smooth delivery and quality; investigate and resolve issues quickly and effectively; think end-to-end by preparing and executing test scenarios to ensure everything works as expected; create and maintain documentation (processes, procedures, training materials); work in a highly autonomous team – owning scope, planning, and delivery. Your skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail; strong communication and collaborative mindset; effective time management and prioritization; fluent Lithuanian and English; proactive, positive, can-do mindset. Nice to have: experience in business analysis, product development; experience in QA (defining test scenarios, executing); knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
