Job Summary
Business Developer (Analyst) for the Trading team in the Savings & Investments Tribe at SEB, Tallinn. Your day-to-day involves talking to stakeholders, understanding needs, and turning insights into clear requirements, working closely with software developers to ensure smooth delivery and quality, investigating and resolving issues, designing end-to-end test scenarios, creating and maintaining documentation, and owning scope within a highly autonomous team. Key skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks; fluency in Lithuanian and English; and a proactive mindset. Nice-to-have experiences include business analysis, QA, and knowledge of investment products and financial markets. Hybrid work setup requires at least 3 days per week in the office.
