Job Summary
Business Developer (Analyst) to join the Trading team in the Savings & Investments Tribe at SEB. Your day-to-day includes talking to stakeholders to understand needs and turning insights into clear requirements, working closely with software developers to ensure smooth delivery and quality, investigating and resolving issues quickly, thinking end-to-end by preparing and executing test scenarios, creating and maintaining documentation, and working in a highly autonomous team with ownership of scope, planning, and delivery. The role requires fluent Lithuanian and English, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to collaborate. Nice-to-have experiences include business analysis, product development, QA, and knowledge of investment products and financial markets. The position offers a hybrid setup with at least 3 days per week in the Riga office.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Lithuanian and English

- Time management and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work autonomously in an autonomous team
- Experience in business analysis or QA (nice to have)
