Job Summary
Business Developer tasked with managing and growing existing customer accounts in Vietnam within petrochemical, oil and gas, and related industrial sectors. Responsibilities include executing and renewing contracts, updating pricing, supporting debt collection, defending against competitors, visiting customers to gauge needs, addressing complaints, ensuring timely responses, and driving renewals and expansion. Lead local account management programs and collaborate to deliver commercial strategies and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience in industrial products and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
