Plan, develop, implement, and analyze community relations marketing efforts, campaigns, and related events. Establish professional relationships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians' practices, and the general community to develop awareness of healthcare services provided to the community. Generate new referrals to support census and quality mix goals while ensuring a smooth transition for current and future residents.
