Business Develop Mngr II

Business Development Manager II focused on sustainable materials, responsible for identifying and developing opportunities for Ingeo biopolymers across packaging, foodservice, consumer products, fibers, nonwovens, and emerging applications. Build relationships with converters, manufacturers, brand owners, and value-chain partners; lead technical and commercial discussions toward commercialization; create and manage a robust pipeline through outreach, industry events, and customer engagement; collaborate with technical, product development, and operations teams to bring innovative solutions to market; influence business strategy through customer insights and market intelligence; represent NatureWorks at customer meetings, conferences, and trade shows; manage opportunities from first conversation through commercialization. Preferred experience includes commercialization of new materials, market development, and cross-functional collaboration in complex manufacturing or packaging value chains.
