Job Summary
Investigate and audit emerging misuse and fraudulent behavior, use SQL (e.g., Google BigQuery) to explore data, build detection rules, validate existing fraud-detection engines, and collaborate with data science and engineering to enhance scalable detection solutions. Lead cross-functional initiatives in Business Detection and Operational Excellence, design and test detection prompts, and communicate findings to reduce false positives while improving platform trust across Trustpilot’s global audience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in conducting investigations and developing/detecting detection strategies
- Proven track record in identifying and analyzing fraudulent behavior
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive projects end-to-end
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- SQL and Google BigQuery experience
- Experience with Looker or related data visualization/tools
