Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks, standards, and best practices to drive value; architect and optimize complex analytical models, predictive and prescriptive solutions, and AI/ML platforms at scale; translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for executive leadership; mentor and develop junior and senior data scientists; provide technical guidance on statistical, AI, and ML approaches; ensure data governance, model validation, and regulatory/compliance protocols; support stakeholders with periodical reporting and liaison with IT/customers on product-related issues; contribute to enterprise data science strategy and foster a culture of continuous learning; role based in Houston with a hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related quantitative field
- Minimum ten (10) years of energy industry experience
