Job Summary
Data operations professional focused on cleaning, structuring, and enriching customer data to support the Customer Experience function. Key responsibilities include data preprocessing, quality governance, integrating Salesforce data, building and maintaining data models, contributing to Master Data Management strategy, and creating documentation and enablement materials for stakeholders across geographies. Strong emphasis on data quality, governance, stakeholder collaboration, and scalable data architectures to support analytical use cases.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, IT, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience
- Fluent or native English (written and spoken)
- Advanced MS Excel experience
- Salesforce knowledge (novice to intermediate)
- SQL, Python, R, or Power BI familiarity
- Minimum 3-5 years overall experience, 2+ years in data management
- Experience processing and managing data from multiple sources
- Experience driving data quality improvement initiatives with stakeholders
- Experience in a corporate business environment
- Strong communication, proactive and autonomous mindset
- Ability to operate in a global matrix organization

- Proven experience in data management and data governance
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strong Excel skills (Advanced)
