Business Data Analyst

Business Data Analyst at StackAdapt focused on transforming data into actionable insights across marketing and advertising data ecosystems. Responsibilities include stakeholder partnership, defining metrics, drafting BRDs, maintaining data integrity across systems (e.g., Salesforce) with cross-system reconciliation, building and optimizing data pipelines, translating business goals into technical specifications, troubleshooting data issues, and supporting ad-hoc data requests. Requires strong SQL skills, experience with data warehouses (Snowflake a plus), data governance, ETL/ELT knowledge, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to executive stakeholders. Remote-first role open to Canada residents; collaboration across RevOps, Marketing Ops, CRM, and cross-functional teams is expected, with focus on building a robust data foundation in the initial months.
