Job Summary
Collect, analyze, and interpret production data from sources like DNA, Salesforce, and Encompass to publish insights and findings. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track trends and key performance indicators while performing data validation to ensure integrity across platforms. Provide day-to-day user support including troubleshooting, workflow development, and managing security settings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies, assist in curriculum development, and conduct quality assurance testing. Manage sales campaigns and oversee data transmissions to vendors and investors while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university
- 3-5 years banking experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail banking
- Experience in consumer loan originations
- Experience in sales
- Experience in consumer loan product management
- Advanced analytical knowledge of data
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Proficient in time management/prioritization skills
- Strong internal/external customer focus
- Bottom-line orientation
- Strong math and computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as financial statements, compliance regulations, and policy/procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, Team Members, or Directors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work remotely on a hybrid basis
- Five day a week operation (Monday – Friday)
- Operational hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs
- Manual dexterity for computer work
- Speaking, hearing, and vision
