Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain data tools, dashboards, and reports from scratch using Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Access to integrate multi-source DOE and program data. Translate complex budget, performance, and program metrics into clear, visually appealing formats that support federal decision-making. Support the SCEP office-wide build-out of shared reporting infrastructure by collaborating across programs to standardize processes and lead system modernization efforts. Deliver program-specific analytics for the Home Energy Rebates initiative, including budget and performance reporting, while identifying data gaps and developing Standard Operating Procedures. Develop management-level briefings and presentations for leadership in response to ad hoc needs.
