Job Summary
Develop and maintain Power BI reports, including full data model design and DAX expression writing, to support operational and strategic decisions. Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL and statistical techniques to uncover trends that reduce costs and enhance service levels. Collaborate with site leadership and functional teams to develop customized analytical solutions and translate complex data into actionable insights for internal and customer use. Must be able to work fully onsite if based in a warehouse. Salary ranges from $57,500 to $90,000 depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience
- 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards and reports
- Must be able to work fully onsite if role based out of a warehouse
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using SQL or other scripting languages (such as Python or R) to query, clean, and transform data
- Experience writing DAX expressions to automate and enhance Power BI reports
- Familiarity with statistical concepts and data modeling techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
