Job Summary
Assist in validation, processing, and analysis of meter data to support billing, system operations, and reporting. Help validate, edit, and estimate meter and interval data; operate and monitor data systems, maintain master data files for metering and related systems; generate standard and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders; support billing data preparation and reporting; monitor systems for errors and participate in system testing and upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (billing, operations, customer service, IT) and learn system processes, procedures, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience.
