Job Summary
Define requirements for traces, timestamps, metrics, and dashboards within the PA-AMR solution by analyzing warehouse workflows and customer use cases. Identify gaps in system visibility and translate field needs into clear engineering requirements for operations and engineering teams. Analyze operational flows, event timing, and KPI logic using tools like Grafana, Elasticsearch, and BigQuery to ensure dashboards reflect actual warehouse operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives and support root cause analysis for operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
- ビジネス分析、ソリューション分析、プロダクト分析、運用アナリティクス、またはこれらに準ずる業務における3〜6年の経験
- 高い論理的思考力と課題解決能力
- 要件を文書化し、複数チームと協働した経験
- ビジネスワークフローと技術システムの双方を理解できること
- トレースベースまたはイベントベースのシステムに関する知見
- Grafana、Elasticsearch、BigQuery、Power BI、Tableauなどの分析・ダッシュボードツールの使用経験
- 基本的なSQLまたはPythonのスキル
- ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語
- 日本国内で就業可能であること
