Business Data Analyst

Lead the design, development and rollout of a Data Factory framework to deliver a centralized, harmonised data aggregation platform. Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and product owners to translate business needs into functional specifications, data models and ETL processes. Define and maintain the data quality framework, create documentation (data dictionary, process maps, test plans), and support test planning. Establish robust data flow and transformation logic with the ETL team, conduct exploratory data analysis, create visual insights, and communicate progress to stakeholders through demos and reports. Demonstrate autonomy, proactive risk mitigation, and strong communication to ensure timely delivery within an Agile environment.
