Job Summary
Business & Cost Controller responsible for budgeting and monthly forecasting for the aftersales business and SG&A, monitoring performance, turning data into actionable insights, and partnering with management. Role includes building business cases for commercial initiatives and CAPEX, supporting month- and year-end close, driving digitalisation and more digital/AI-supported finance processes, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders reporting to the CFO.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Economics, Business Engineering or a similar field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in finance, ideally in a controlling environment
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with ERP and consolidation tools such as SAP, OneStream or Oracle Hyperion
- Fluent in English and native-level proficiency in Dutch or French, with good command of the other national language
