Business Coordinator, Secret Lair (Contract/Temporary)

Drive the rhythm of business for the Secret Lair product, program, business and digital teams; ensure partners receive SKU-level documentation, relevant business metrics, and KSPs on time; partner with producers and creative teams to ensure successful creation and launch of Secret Lair products; build user-friendly dashboards and reports, maintaining tools for clear alignment; anticipate changing business needs and adapt accordingly; collaborate with operations and logistics to manage production and delivery timelines; bring experience as a Producer/Program Manager/Marketing or Business Analyst, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Smartsheet; this contract/temporary role is a contingent assignment via an external staffing agency with hybrid work in Renton, WA.
