Job Summary
Oversee specialized or general controlling operations for an organizational unit; drive proactive project profitability steering with a holistic view; support Strategy, Budget and Forecast planning and reporting for E-mobility China; ensure corporate governance with ICS and risk management for the controlling area; collaborate with sales for customer cost breakdowns, pricing strategy, and open-book policy adherence; perform project costing analysis, quotes support, and ongoing profitability tracking across the product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Controlling
- Excellent communication skills (English preferred)
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI (PBI) is preferred
- Costing, financial analysis, and project management experience
- Ability to work with senior leaders in a multinational environment
