Job Summary
Participate in regional financial reporting, monthly closing, annual budgeting, and long-range strategic planning for the Health & Medical business across Latin America. Consolidate and analyze financial information from LATAM countries, including P&L and working capital reporting, while preparing executive presentations for regional and corporate management. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide performance visibility on sales, margins, operating expenses, and key financial KPIs. Serve as a key liaison between Global, LATAM Business Unit, and local country teams to monitor action plans and support business reviews. Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 3-5 years of FP&A experience required. Intermediate English proficiency needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, or similar roles
- Experience working in regional and multinational environments
- Strong business partnering skills and experience collaborating with commercial teams
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with SAP and financial consolidation/reporting systems
- Intermediate level of English
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate is desirable
