Job Summary
Lead financial planning, forecasting, performance tracking, analysis, and reporting for Supply & Refining while acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement of business performance management processes and actively contribute to the section management team from a controlling perspective. Coordinate financial forecasting, business planning, and strategic planning activities to support Trading and Physical Management functions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the field through active participation in controlling processes and deliver high-quality insights through independent work structuring and stakeholder relationship building. Report to the Head of Controlling Supply & Refining within a team of seven professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Academic degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or a similar role
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Solid knowledge of the Office suite
- Experience working with ERP and BI systems
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
- Valid form of identification (passport, national ID card, or proof of population registration together with a driver's license)
- Security clearance in accordance with the Protective Security Act
Desired Qualifications
- Experience from trading environments (e.g. commodities such as oil, gas, or similar)
