Job Summary
Financial Controller, Technology role based in Kaunas, Lithuania, focusing on planning, forecasting, performance monitoring, and financial analysis to support technology and R&D initiatives. Acts as a financial business partner for parts of the Technology organization, translating activities into financial impact and developing business cases for R&D investments. Collaborates with Technology and R&D stakeholders in a global environment; responsibilities include timely monthly closings, forecasts, and follow-up, financial analysis for project and portfolio reviews, and continuous improvement of finance processes and tools. Reports to the Senior Manager, Head of Global Functions Business Partnering. Emphasis on clear communication of financial topics to non-financial stakeholders and contributing to financial strategy in support of a greener future.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A
- Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with SAP or another ERP system
- A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
