Business Controller

Business Controller role supporting Agito Medical's international growth. Responsibilities include preparing reports for各 departments based on monthly closings and data, driving and coordinating budget and forecast processes with leadership, analyzing variances between budgets, forecasts, and actuals, developing financial analyses and decision bases for leadership, and building a central business partnering function to provide data-driven insights and business recommendations. Requires a relevant economic education and a couple of years of experience in audit and/or financial controlling, with skills in accounting, financial analysis, reporting, and data handling. Preferred experience with Power BI and ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, Salesforce); fluent Danish and English; located within reasonable commuting distance to Nørresundby. Personal qualities include curiosity, initiative, proactive ownership, value-creation through analyses, and strong stakeholder collaboration across the organization.
