Job Summary
Drive and execute projects within business controlling and optimization, identifying and realizing automation and efficiency opportunities through AI and digital tools. Develop business cases to create a decision-making basis for leadership while preparing analyses focused on commercial performance and value creation. Consolidate budgets and monitor financial performance, reporting and further developing dashboards in Power BI. Provide financial and commercial support to franchisees, the sales organization, and leadership. This role sits within a strong Business Controlling team at Reitan Convenience, part of the larger Reitan group operating 7-Eleven and other convenience chains across Scandinavia and the Baltics. The team values short decision paths, high autonomy, and the opportunity to leave a personal mark on the business.
Required Qualifications
- Erfaring som Business Controller, Business Analyst, Finance Business Partner eller fra en lignende rolle
- Erfaring med at identificere forbedringsmuligheder og drive projekter fra A-Z inden for business controlling og analyse
- Erfaring med at anvende AI i dit arbejde
- Erfaring med Power BI
- Erfaring med Excel
- Erfaring med datadrevne analyser
- Erfaring med at arbejde med store datamængder og komplekse datasæt
- Solide økonomiske og regnskabsmæssige kompetencer
- Erfaring med Azure SQL Database
- Stærk stakeholder management
- Formåen at bygge bro mellem forskellige funktioner
