Job Summary
Prepare production logistics monthly management accounts with high accuracy and deliver quality financial reporting and KPI analysis. Perform variance analysis between actual and target levels, coordinate operational meetings, and lead business case development for the PCIP Program. Secure Standard Cost of Sales information and prepare financial estimates for production logistics costs to optimize E2E cost performance. Collaborate with ACC globally to ensure timely period-end closing for PL TO BKK. Requires a Thai candidate under 42 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, minimum 7 years in controller roles, and SAP/Excel proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Thai candidate must be and aged no more than 42 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or have relevant experience
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Controller roles, with at least 2 years of management experience and logistics business experience, demonstrating both individual and team achievements
- Knowledge of Accounting and logistics
- Experienced in using SAP R/3, IT systems with large data interfaces, and advanced Excel
- Highly energetic and a fast learner with a positive attitude
- Strong networking skills in a multicultural environment
- Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and a strong sense of teamwork
- Capable of working under pressure and managing limited time effectively
- Good communication skills and the ability to transform data into business information
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, with strong presentation skills
