Job Summary
Finance-focused Business Controller responsible for steering and optimizing finance processes to create reliable revenue forecasts, define activities for cost management along the revenue trajectory to ensure rolling financial forecasts, and ensure compliance of budgets through detailed reporting for the Forest and Garden division and Husqvarna Germany; key requirements include a business/finance degree, several years of controlling/FP&A experience, budgeting and forecasting expertise, SAP and BI/Reporting tool proficiency (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik), advanced Excel, and fluent German/English.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) oder Business Controlling
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Finanzplanung und Management Reporting
- Erfahrung in der Analyse von Geschäftskennzahlen sowie der Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Kostenmanagement sowie in der Ergebnis- und Profitabilitätsanalyse
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und BI-/Reporting-Tools (z. B. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung und betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
