Job Summary
Analyze key performance indicators for business units and derive actionable management recommendations. Serve as a business partner to functional areas by creating, developing, and automating diverse reports. Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis while collaborating with departments to identify optimization opportunities. Lead the setup and maintenance of BI solutions, ideally utilizing Power BI, and ensure continuous improvement of reporting processes. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary up to 80,000€ p.a., 30 vacation days, and flexible working hours. The client, a dynamic company between Cologne and Düsseldorf, values internal development and offers a mobile work setup.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswitschaftliches Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling oder in einer vergleichbaren analytischen Rolle zum Beispiel als Business Analyst
- Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten
- hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Reporting
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel
