Job Summary
Prepare monthly financial reports for care department managers and support multi-year budgeting and forecasting. Monitor budget realization, advise on adjustments, and develop predictive insights to drive operational efficiency. Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks, then formulate recommendations for process improvements and control procedures. Act as a strategic advisor to the director and care leaders by delivering business cases and supporting decision-making. Lead financial projects from the headquarters, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage financial risks within care units.
Required Qualifications
- Academische kennis: Je beschikt over een WO/HBO+ opleiding in financieel bedrijfskundig management of een gerelateerde discipline
