Job Summary
Advise on tactical financial-economic policy, organizational design, and process optimization by translating financial and operational data into clear management insights. Analyze business results for reporting, monitor productivity and personnel declarability, and manage contracts and assets including valuation and progress tracking. Develop key performance indicators, forecasts, and liquidity expectations while testing realizations against plans to recommend adjustment measures. Establish the planning and control cycle, execute risk management on business processes, and support business integrations. Collaborate with Financial Control and FSSC to ensure timely information provision, ensuring internal control via PDCA cycles and leveraging Microsoft Business Central.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in financiële of economische richting
- Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Sterke affiniteit met data
- Excel is jouw tweede natuur
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Microsoft Business Central 4PS of MS Dynamics Navision
- Ervaring met Power BI (self-service)
- Affiniteit met IT en technologische ontwikkelingen
- Je bent vrij om je eigen agenda in te delen
- Minimaal 1 keer per week gezamenlijk op locatie in Lieren
- Hybride werken
- Je bent welkom in één van onze kantoren in Nieuwegein, Lieren, Papendrecht, Zwolle of Son & Breugel
- Je kunt ook een dag thuis werken
