Job Summary
Lead FP&A and group reporting for Cathelco Limited across the UK and the wider business line, coordinating 15-month rolling forecast and annual budget in Tagetik, managing Percentage of Completion calculations for large projects, delivering actionable performance analysis (actual vs. target, S&OE, order intake) to local management, and driving reporting quality and efficiency. Collaborate with Head of Business Finance and group stakeholders on consolidated reporting and board inputs. Travel occasionally to other group entities. Requires a qualified accountant (CIMA preferred or ACCA/ACA/equivalent), strong financial acumen, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Tagetik and SAP is desirable; English fluency required. Roles offers 1 day per week remote work with a 35-hour workweek and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant: CIMA preferred (ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualifications also considered)
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience in entity-level management reporting, consolidation processes, and planning tools
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Familiarity with Tagetik and SAP is advantageous
- Fluent in English
