Job Summary
Business Controller serving as a key commercial and financial partner to multiple business divisions within Scania Australia, responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, driving profitability, analysing operational performance, managing risk and compliance, delivering accurate management and board reporting, and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and safeguard assets. Requires a bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting and at least 5 years of finance experience; familiarity with BI tools is advantageous. Flexible work options are offered; eligible for annual bonus and additional benefits; role located in Campbellfield, Victoria with hybrid work arrangements possible.
